HOW DO I ACCESS WORKFITTER?
To access Workfitter and create your account, navigate to the product you are interested in and select "Find Your Size". This will launch the Workfitter experience.
HOW DOES WORKFITTER WORK?
Using just a few pictures and some basic input (like height and weight), Workfitter uses AI-powered body scanning technology to recommend the right size for your workwear. No tape measure required.
WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR TO COMPLETE MY FITTING?
For the most accurate results, wear fitted clothing and remove bulky layers like jackets or hoodies. Avoid accessories that may interfere with measurements like hats or large belts.
IS IT SAFE TO UPLOAD PHOTOS?
Yes. Workfitter prioritizes data privacy and does not store photos after sizing is complete. All images are securely processed and then deleted.
WHAT DEVICES CAN I USE?
You can use any smartphone, tablet, or webcam-enabled device that can take photos and access the internet.

WHY IS MY SIZE RECOMMENDATION DIFFERENT FROM THE SIZE I USUALLY WEAR?

DO I STILL HAVE THE OPTION TO CHOOSE MY OWN SIZE?

IS THIS CONNECTED TO MY REDKAP.COM ACCOUNT?
If you have an account on RedKap.com, your Workfitter account will automatically connect to your existing RedKap.com account, allowing access to your saved fit information whenever you are logged in. You must use the same email for accounts to connect.
