You may return merchandise meeting the following criteria:
Order shipped within 60 days
Contains no alterations or modifications
No obvious misuse or neglect is detected

We provide a prepaid shipping label for FREE returns.
2. Indicate item and quantity being returned.
3. Select reason code for each item being returned.
4. Include the completed returns form in your box.
5. Place the provided prepaid label on your package.
6. Store return tracking info for your records. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to process once received by our facility.

69 – Item damaged in transit
77 – Fit too small
78 – Fit too large
79 – Quantity does not match order
81 – Changed mind
84 – Ordered wrong item
85 – Did not like item
87 – Item defective
