"I purchased a couple of these shirts and after about 6 times wearing, the stitching came out of one of the Hi-Viz bands (about 5 inches in length). I've contacted customer service twice in the last two weeks and haven't heard back from them. Obviously, the shirt shouldn't have come apart, and for as much as the company touts their product satisfaction, the lack of response is telling. I also incurred the expense of having my employers patches sewn on the shirts, so that'll be a loss as well, as I'll need them sewn onto a different shirt. These are expensive work shirts, I expect a better product and service."

"First, I gotta say it's a thick shirt. Second, The neck collar stays flat. And lastly the embroidery is very nice, it's straight and even. I was kinda worried about buying a uniform online because of not knowing how it will fit, also they're expensive. The shirt fits fine around the chest. The sleeves need to be about 2 to 3 inches longer. I wanted a long tail but they didn't have it in a size XXL. I do plan on buying more. I'm hoping they can get the Hi-visibility cargo pants in charcoal. I like my uniform to be uniform. (Pun intended) But anyways, it's a good work shirt. FYI. Your name goes on the right side and the company name goes on the left side. I did it backwards. I'm not sure how to edit these Red Kap reviews. On my other review I accidentally posted the wrong picture. I would like to fit it."
