What's the size difference between large tall and extra large regular

Large Long will have a sideseem length of 21 3/8 and center back length of 33 3/4. Whereas, XL Regular will have a sideseem legnth of 20 and a center back length of 32 5/8

What is shoulder measurement on a 3xl and 3x tall
