"The top and bottom material on the collar are not the same size. The collar does not lay or fit correctly. I paid extra for custom (embroidery) shirt. Because of custom order it is non-returnable. This has happened with other custom orders. You don’t always get quality shirts with custom orders and they are not returnable."
