"This is my third time buying shirts from red cap for work. Unfortunately one of the 10 shirts I ordered was damaged. Redkap changed from shipping shirts in a box to shipping them in a cheap plastic bag. One of the shirts was damaged in transit when the bag broke open and was taped back shut. I am disappointed but I do not wish to go through with the return/exchange process. RedKap needs to go back to shipping thier product in boxes again."
