"I work with glass-arts and was getting glass dust on my clothes and on my skin until I thought of a lab coat. I set out to find one that had good coveage and snaps instead of buttons. I usually wear medium sized clothes for everything, but the sizing chart for the lab coat makes puts me below XS and into S, depending on which measurement I go by. If I order based on one of my measurements, perhaps the largest one (hips), how will the coat fit? Relaxed or tight? I just want to make sure I can move around and go from walking to sitting without feeling like I am being restricted, but I also don't want too much slack. Are most people ordering a size up? The sizing range from XS to 4XL has me concerned the XS might be too small. Maybe they make the XS for 12 year olds?: Hey Jon - it's hard for us to recommend sizes as everyone has different preferences and body types. If you are typically a M but the fit chart says XS for your measurements, it night be a good idea to order a Small - in between the two. If anything doesn't fit, its easy to refund you and place a new order!
