"I placed an order for about 20 items. About 10 days go by and it still hasnt shipped yet. I message and Im told one of the items was out of stock (which their website should have shown that) so it was causing the entire order to just sit pending without anyone doing anything about it. I was able to speak with someone and they just changed that item and told me I would get overnight shipping to make up for the delay. Well its been 4 days and my order still has not shipped yet"
