NO TRADEMARKS OR COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
You may only submit logo images that you have the right to use or belongs to you.
Neither your logo image nor your text can not be insulting, abusive, inciting violence, threatening, intimidating, obscene, inflammatory, sexually explicit, profane, offensive, harassing, derogatory, degrading, defamatory, harmful, discriminatory or unlawful or invasive of another’s privacy.
RED KAP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY IMAGE. IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS NOT ACCEPTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION.
All customized products are made just for you and may not be returned.
The customizable location is specific to the garment, but most garments allow for customization on the right and left chest as well as center back below the garment's collar. Most aprons can be personalized on the center chest, and you can apply an American Flag patch on the right and/or left sleeve on shirts, jackets, and coveralls.
The customization cost depends on which customization activity you select and the number of those same activities you choose. For example, if you want 5 shirts embroidered with names on the right chest, the text embroidery customization activity is $7 per garment versus $9 if you were to apply text embroidery to 1 garment.
If you want to add a logo to your garment, there will be a one-time $50 set up fee. Once approved, you will be able to apply that logo to other products by simply paying for the logo embroidery fee.

Yes. There is a one-time $50 logo set-up fee. Once you have approved your logo, it will be applied to your account for only you to use.
If you want your logo to look differently than what you upload, please indicate those details in the notes field during the logo upload. For example, if you upload a red logo but want the thread to be black, please specify those details into the notes field.
No. Once you have specified the size and approved your logo, the logo, including dimensions, cannot be altered. You will need to upload a new file and pay the $50 set up fee if you wish for your logo to be different from what has been saved.
If you are uploading a logo for the first time, please allow up to 2 business days to receive a digital proof of your logo for approval. Once our team receives your personalized order, it can take up to 3 weeks to apply all desired customization options. Please also allow time for shipping.
If your customization order contains a logo that needs to be set up, please allow up to 2 business days to receive a digital proof of your logo for approval. Once approved, your order will begin processing. It can take up to 3 weeks to apply all desired customization options. We will send your entire order once it's ready.
If you want to receive your stock, non-customized product sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
No. Products that have been customized are final sale. If you feel there is a defect, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
