I have to wear a white oxford shirt everyday when I work in a deli in a gourmet grocery store. I always purchased men's shirts because I didn't like the way the women's shirts fit. I tried ordering a bigger size Red Kap shirt for women and tried it on when it arrived. The shirt is very comfortable. I have to wear a bow-tie with my shirt, but this shirt makes me not mind! Great shirt! Just order one size up as they tend to run small. Made excellent. This one is going to hold up for awhile! Thank you!

Shirt is of good quality. Doesnt need ironing. I think its a good substitute for the Cabin Creek shirts.
Its a little shorter, which is a good thing and you need to order up one size. I took a little tuck in the sleeves to eliminate the uniform look.
